REGION: Martinborough –100% Single Estate

VINEYARD: As you might expect from a vineyard we choose to represent, Ma Maison philosophy is minimal intervention, hand crafted, low cropped (about 1 to 1.5 tonnes/acre) vines that are meticulously maintained. The result is a wine that reflects the unique terroir of this single vineyard site - elegant, balanced, but with underlying power and complexity.

BOUQUET: The palate is warm and savoury with an abundance of fruit and hints of oak. The balance and harmony are due to the right amount of fruit tannins and oak tannins complemented by good pH and fruit acids. The palate will soften in time and the finish will lengthen accordingly.
