Vintage: The 2007 vintage was characterised by a cooler spring, with ample soil moisture leading to healthy vine growth. Fruit set was affected by some spring rain so the lighter bunches and smaller berries ripened perfectly to produce clean balanced fruit.

Bouquet & Palate: Dense plum in colour. Promising aromas of cinnamon, mocha, cherry and plum with notes of forest floor adding complexity and interest. Layers of rich dark fruit flavours are integrated with fine tannin and lead to a long enjoyable finish.

Cellering: Drinking well now or cellar 3-5years.
